1. What is our returns policy?


We don’t offer returns or exchanges, but if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us via the CONTACT tab or through the chat in the lower‑right corner of the screen. We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

2. Do you issue refunds?


We only refund orders that arrive with incorrect or damaged items. If that’s your case, CONTACT us or use the chat with photos of the product and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

3. Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?


At the moment we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about your size, check our size guides in each product description. If you discover a labeling error, CONTACT us or use the chat within one week of delivery, include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll resolve it.

4. I received the wrong or a damaged item. What should I do?


We’re sorry your item arrived that way. To fix it quickly, CONTACT us or use the chat within one week of delivery, attach photos of the product, your order number, and any additional details. We’ll provide you with a solution as soon as possible.
