What is your returns policy?

Can I exchange a product for a different size or color?At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure about which size will fit you best, please check our size guides in the product descriptions. While it's not common, there might be an error in the labeling of a product. If this is the case, contact us through the CONTACT tab or via Chat within a week from the delivery date. Include your order number and photos of the item in question, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

I received a damaged or incorrect product. What should I do?

We apologize if your product arrived damaged. To resolve this as quickly as possible, contact us through the CONTACT tab or via Chat within a week from the delivery date with photos of your damaged product, your order number, and any other details about the order. We will get in touch with a solution as soon as possible!
