SHIPPING

1. When will I receive my order?
 

At THE ROCK BROS®, it takes 2–5 business days to process your order. Once it’s ready, we ship from our U.S. hubs and you can expect delivery in 3–4 business days.

2. Where does my package ship from?
 

We dispatch from multiple strategic centers across the United States so you get your order as fast as possible.

3. Do I have to pay taxes or extra fees?
 

All our sales are within the U.S., so there are no customs duties or import taxes. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

4. My order hasn’t arrived yet. What should I do?
 

Before you reach out, please:

  • Double‑check that your address and ZIP code on the confirmation email are correct.

  • Ask your local post office if they’re holding your package.

  • Check with your neighbors in case it was left with them.

  • If you won’t be home, consider using an alternate delivery address (work, workshop, etc.).
     

If your package still hasn’t shown up after these steps, contact us with your order number via the CONTACT tab or through the chat in the lower‑right corner of your screen. If there was an address error, we can reship your order—just cover the additional shipping cost.

5. How can I track my shipment?
 

If you selected a shipping method with tracking, you’ll receive a link by email as soon as your order ships. For any questions about your delivery, reach out via the CONTACT tab or chat in the lower‑right corner, and we’ll get back to you ASAP.
